Jason E. Buxell, age 47, of Greenville, passed away unexpectedly on March 20, 2016, in Milwaukee. He was born on May 18, 1968, in Golden Valley, MN, to Jane (Liddicoat) Buxell and the late Jack Buxell. Jason graduated from Breck School in Golden Valley (MN) in 1986 and then graduated from the University of Puget Sound (WA) with a Bachelors Degree.
Jason was a well-known sales executive in the oncology and pharmaceutical fields. He married Stephanie Frey on June 6, 1998, in Madison. Jason was a remarkable and loving father, husband, son, brother, uncle and friend. He had an immeasurable passion for everything he did in life. Jason's favorite thing was spending time with his wife and two daughters, whom he absolutely adored. Together they enjoyed bird watching, roller coaster riding, motorcycle riding, playing Snoopy Coaster on I Pads, eating sushi, loving the family dogs Buddy and Boo, snuggling, and hanging out on their new porch. Jason also loved playing and watching sports. He excelled in soccer and was an integral member of both the U of Puget Sound and MN Thunder soccer teams.
Survivors include his wife of 17 years, Stephanie; his daughters, Bryn and Carly; his mother, Jane Buxell, St. Paul, Minnesota; his brother, Jarrett (Kristi) Buxell, Afton, Minnesota; and his nephews, Riley and Tyler. He was preceded in death by his father, Jack.
A Celebration of Jason's life will be at 6:30 p.m. on Friday, March 25, 2016 at WICHMANN FUNERAL HOME—TRI-COUNTY CHAPEL, 1592 Oneida Street, Menasha. A visitation will begin at 3:30 p.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established in Jason's name. Online condolences may be offered at www.wichmanfargo.com
