Janice Helen Vanden Heuvel

Janice Vanden Heuvel, 85, passed away on Monday, August 22, 2022, at her home surrounded by family. She was born on October 26, 1936, the daughter of Leonard and Della (Olson) Kiefer. Janice was united in marriage to Myron “Mike” Vanden Heuvel on July 12, 1956, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Sherwood. She was employed at Kaukauna Cheese for 30 years, retiring at 70 years old.

Janice enjoyed crocheting, reading, watching the Milwaukee Brewers, and baking, especially at Christmas time. She loved her family dearly and will be remembered most for the love she shared with her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.

Janice is survived by her 5 children: Cynthia (Joseph) Freeman, Debbie Vanden Heuvel, Mark Vanden Heuvel, Laurie Brandt, and Nancy (Duane) Van Toll; 10 grandchildren: Mike and Steve Freeman, Brian and Amy Vanevenhoven, Stephanie (Andy) Dorzweiler, Nykki (Allan) and Tyler Brandt, Craig (Samantha) Vanden Heuvel, Max (Crystal) and Sam (Morgan) Bartman; 12 great grandchildren: Mia, Wiatte, Westen, Myles, Brian, Jazzalynn, Azaielea, Hailey, Malerie, Harper, Addilyn, and Thomas; other relatives and friends.

Janice was preceded in death by her parents and husband, a brother and 2 sisters.

Per Janice’s wishes, no services will be held.
