Age 55, passed away peacefully on June 1, 2002 at Appleton Medical Center.
Jan was born on December 10, 1946 the daughter of the late Larry and Elmira Gutreuter. Jan married her childhood sweetheart, John Moder on June 15, 1968 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. She was a avid hunter and enjoyed fishing with her husband on Lake Winnebago. She was an excellent cook, and delighted in spending time with her family.
Jan was a devoted Wife and Mother.
Jan will remain in the hearts of her husband, John; two children, John L. Moder II and Jamie L. (Bob) Draheim; two sisters, Sharon (David) Van Dinter and Karla Kahler; In-laws; Mr. & Mrs. Edward Luben and LaVerne Moder.

She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers.

A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, June 4, 2002 at the funeral home at 11:00 a.m.. Friends will be received at the funeral home from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service (11:00 a.m.). Interment will be at Riverside Cemetery.
