Cotnoir, Janet M.

Janet Mary Cotnoir, age 73, passed away on Monday, December 27, 2010. She was born October 1, 1937 in Appleton to the late Herman and Virginia (Hammon) Dix. She married her late husband of 52 years, Richard Cotnoir, on March 2, 1957. Janet was a dedicated homemaker who enjoyed cooking for her family and craft making. She loved to spend time with her family and friends, especially her grandchildren.

Janet is survived by her children: Michael Cotnoir of Little Chute, Randall Cotnoir of Town of Harrison, Kathy (Scott) Strebe of Menasha, Steven (Greta) Cotnoir of Combined Locks; grandchildren: Luke Strebe, Hannah Cotnoir and Zack Cotnoir; great-granddaughters: Ava Strebe and Lilly Strebe; brothers: Ronald (Shirley) Dix, Daniel Dix; and good friends, Willie (Lois) Rowe of Kimberly.

Funeral Services for Janet will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 29, 2010 at the Jansen-Fargo Funeral Home, with Chaplain Jordan Kuczwara officiating. Friends will be received at the funeral home from 4:00 p.m. until the time of service.

The family would like to extend a sincere thank you to the hospice staff at Cherry Meadows for all their love and support for our mom.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in Janet's name.
