Irene A. Wnek

Irene A. Wnek (nee Pers), age 91,entered heaven peacefully on April 12, 2013. Beloved wife for 44 years of the late Henry; dearest mother of Jacqueline (the late Robert) Keenan, Patrick (Susan) Wnek and Marianne Wnek; proud grandmother of Michael (Nicole) Wnek, John (Julie) Wnek, the late infants Henry Wnek, Sean Keenan; and the late Rob and Eric Keenan; cherished great-grandmother of Larissa, Conner and Cameron Wnek; lifelong member of the Polish Women's Alliance of America.

Visitation will be on Saturday, April 20, 2013, from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM at St. Raymond DePenafort Church, 301 S. I-Oka, Mount Prospect, IL, immediately followed at the church by the Celebration of Life Mass. Interment will be at All Saints Mausoleum, 700 North River Rd., Des Plaines, IL. In lieu of flowers a donation of Mass would be appreciated or a donation in Irene's memory to Mercy Home for Boys and Girls, 1140 Jackson Blvd., Chicago, IL 60607.
