Minnie Budzik, formerly of Mt. Prospect, IL, 98 , died Monday morning, July 12, 2004. She was born November 14, 1905 in Czechoslovakia. She had been a resident of Gardenview and Oakridge Gardens Nursing Center for the passed 7 years. Survivors include a daughter and son-in-law, Vilma and Clarence Peterson, Menasha. She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Budzik in 1972. Interment will be in the Bohemian National Cemetery, Chicago.
