Age 83, died at his home on Sunday, August 3, 2008, with his family by his side. Henry was born on April 10, 1925 in Mill Creek, Wisconsin, son of the late Jacob and Josephine (Przybylski) Bikowski. Henry was a veteran of World War II, serving in the Army Air Force. He married Doris O'Connell on September 30, 1950. She preceded him in death August 3, 2005. Henry was an avid outdoorsman. He enjoyed 21 years of retirement, most of which was spent at “The Trailer” in Wild Rose. He worked for Bergstrom/ PH Glatfelter Paper Company for 40 years. Henry is survived by his son Kevin (Susan) Bikowski, Menasha, and their children, Becky (Keith) Ostermeier and Kyle Bikowski; a daughter-in-law, Connie Bikowski, Little Chute; and her children, Chad and Cheryl; and a great grandson, Jace Ostermeier “the little guy”; 2 brothers, Albert (Loretta) Bikowski, Leonard Bikowski,.; 3 sisters, Dorothy Daczyk, Bernadine Osesek and Jeanette (Chet) Olszewski. In addition to his wife, Henry is preceded in death by a son, Clifford Bikowski.

Funeral Services will be held at 12 noon on Friday, August 8, 2008 at the WICHMANN FUNERAL HOME, TRI COUNTY CHAPEL, Menasha. Visitation will be held from 9 a.m. until the time of services. A memorial is being established.
