Harold R. Eslinger, age 76, of Kaukauna, died unexpectedly, Tuesday afternoon, April 24, 2007. He was born July 28, 1930, to the late Robert and Helen (Coppus) Eslinger, in Little Chute and had been a Kaukauna resident since 1953, following his marriage. Harold was employed by Thilmany Pulp and Paper Company for 43 years, retiring in 1993. He loved the outdoors, hunting, fishing, being up North and playing cribbage. Harold is survived by his four sons, Michael (Kathleen) Eslinger, Chicago; Patrick (Betty) Eslinger, Little Chute; Dennis Eslinger, Little Chute; Glenn (Valerie) Eslinger, Kaukauna; three grandchildren, Claire Eslinger, Milwaukee; Jane Eslinger, Chicago; Cory Eslinger, Kaukauna; four sisters, Mary Feistal, Kaukauna; Arlene (Richard) Kerrigan, Appleton; Loretta (Vince) Bemowski, Menasha; Sally Loch, Oshkosh; a brother-in-law, Edward Reinke, Little Chute; and a sister-in-law, Luella Sauerbeier. He was preceded in death by his wife, Carol M. Eslinger, December 3, 1983, an infant daughter, two brothers, James and Robert Eslinger, two sisters, Joan Reinke and infant Jane. The funeral liturgy for Harold will be held at 11:30 am, Friday, April 27, 2007, at ST. ALOYSIUS CATHOLIC CHURCH, 2401 Main Street, Kaukauna, with Father Jerry Pastors officiating. Burial will be in St. Mary Cemetery, Kaukauna. Friends may call at the church from 9:30 am, Friday, until the time of the mass. A memorial fund is being established.
