Gerald J. Pack, Sr.

Gerald John “Jerry” Pack, Sr. age 95, of Menasha, passed away on February 8, 2023. Jerry was born on May 25, 1927 in Menasha to the late Vitus and Monica Pack. He was a graduate of St. Mary Catholic High School. After graduation he served his country honorably as a member of the U.S. Army. On October 31, 1963 he married the former Margaret Davidson at St. Mary Catholic Church in Menasha and she preceded him in death on May 25, 1993. He was employed with Amusement Devices as a Service Tech. He was a longtime member of St. Mary Catholic Church in Menasha.

Jerry loved his family and church more than anything. He loved family get togethers and always looked forward to Sunday gatherings. He also loved trains, his gameshow network and doing crossword puzzles. He was a member of AA and was proud to have 56 years of sobriety.

He is survived by his children: Bonnie Pack of Menasha, Gerald “Jerry” Pack, Jr. of Menasha, Larry (Kim) Pack of Neenah, and Terry (Amy) Pack of Neenah, grandchildren Danielle (Jon) Martell, Brieanna (Logan) Hietpas, Logan (Serenity Driscoll) Pack, Jadelyn (Blake Lytle) Pack, Brandon, Connor, Aiden, Lucas, Nathan and Noah Pack, and Taten Grimm, great-grandchildren, Andrew, Easton and Serendipity who will be arriving soon and many other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Margaret.

Funeral Services for Jerry will be on Tuesday February 14, 2023 at 4:00 PM at Wichmann Funeral Homes, Laemmrich Chapel with Deacon Don Schultz officiating. There will be full military honors following the service. There will be a gathering at the funeral home on Tuesday from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Interment will be at St. Mary Cemetery in Menasha in the spring.

The family would like to thank the staff and nurses of St. Paul Elder Care of Kaukauna for the wonderful care given to Jerry.
