Georgia A. Timm

Age 72, passed away Friday, July 29, 2005 at the Appleton Medical Center. Georgia was born in Waupaca on December 1, 1932, daughter of the late Clair and Helen (Thompson) Damon. On August 18, 1951, she married Roger Timm at Trinity Lutheran Church in Appleton; he survives. Many will remember Georgia for her enjoyment of collecting dolls, flowers, and gardening. Georgia’s greatest joys in life came from raising and caring for her family.

She is survived by her husband of fifty-three years: Roger Timm of Kimberly; a daughter: Carrie (Tom) Wolff of Appleton and their children Tyler and Jenna; four sons: Michael (Lorie) Timm of Darboy and their children Dave (Monica), Erin, and Jon; Steven (Marilyn) Timm of Appleton and their children Greg, Katie, and Daniel; Stuart Timm of Combined Locks; and Jeffrey Timm of Appleton and his daughter Jordan; a brother-in-law: Russell (Jean) Timm of Montello; six nieces, and a nephews. Georgia was preceded in death by her parents, and infant son Douglas, and a sister-in-law Verna (George) Doerfler.

Funeral services for Georgia will be held at 1:00 PM on Monday, August 1, 2005 at CALVARY CHAPEL, 2136 East Newberry Street in Appleton with Pastor Dwight Douville officiating. Interment will be in Highland Memorial Park. Friends may call at the funeral home on Sunday from 2:30 to 4:30 PM and again at the church on Monday from noon until the hour of the services.
