Gail J. Gagne

Gail J. Gagne, age 80 of Neenah, passed away unexpectedly on November 26, 2024 due to an aneurysm. Gail was born on June 21, 1944 in Owen, Wisconsin to Donald and Sophie (Borowick) Mathewson. She was a 1962 graduate of Owen/Withee High School. On December 13, 1971 she married Norman Gagne and eventually settled down in the Menasha area, starting a family. Gail cherished every moment spent with her family and pets. She loved putting models together, painting, puzzles, games, bird watching and going for walks. She was also an animal lover. Gail was known as a person with a strong catholic faith, a positive attitude and a sense of humor. She was always ready to crack a joke. Gail was also a huge fan of the Packers and Brewers.

She will be sadly missed by her daughter Traci Raymond, as well as many nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband Norman Gagne, her parents Donald and Sophie Mathewson, brother Norman Mathewson and sister Mardelle Mathewson and her beloved cat Titan.

There will be a gathering in honor of Gail at the Wichmann Funeral Homes, Laemmrich Chapel on Saturday December 14, 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. There will be a memorial service at the funeral home at 1:00 PM on Saturday December 14, 2024. Packer and Brewer attire is encouraged when attending.
