Age 83, died on Sunday October 19, 2008 at the Wisconsin Veterans Home in King. Fritz was born on November 23, 1924 in Nekoosa, Wisconsin son of the late Frederick and Lucille (Allison) Sultze. He married Lois La Barge on June 5, 1948. They enjoyed 56 years of marriage until Lois preceded him in death on January 6, 2005. Fritz enjoyed hunting, camping and fishing. He is survived by his children, Mitchell (Lori) Sultze; Roxann (Dan) Galica; Linda Van Stippen; Terry (Lori); Doug (Lori); Marv (Kathy); and Sandy Sultze; his grandchildren, Kevin and Trisha Sultze; Dawn Haessler; Jennifer Crossman; Kelli Galica; Chris, Jeff, Dallas, Ryan, Holly, Megan, Michael and Nicholas Sultze; great grandchildren; Makayla, Nevah, and Sienna Sultze; Alex Hohman; Emilie Haessler, and Madelyn Crossman. Fritz is also survived by a brother Theodore, and a sister Maude Ida. In addition to his parents and his wife Fritz was preceded in death by a brother, Carroll, two sisters, Winnie and June, a son-in-law, Wayne Van Stippen, a great grandson, Tyler; and a great granddaughter, Ashland.

Memorial services for Fritz will be held at 3 p.m. on Thursday, October 23, 2008 at the WICHMANN FUNERAL HOME TRI COUNTY CHAPEL, 3212 S. ONEIDA ST., MENASHA. Visitation will be from 1 p.m. until the time of services. A memorial is being established.
