Age 73, passed away on Tuesday January 10, 2006 at St. Paul Home in Kaukauna. Father Robert was born October 10, 1932 in Chicago, Illinois son of the late Michael and Helen Polcyn. He served 2 years in the Army before joining the Capuchin Order on September 1, 1962. He made his Perpetual Profession of Vows September 1, 1965, and was ordained to the Priesthood on September 13, 1968. He served as a Capuchin Priest for 38 years, most recently at Sacred Heart Parish in Dodge, Wisconsin. Father Robert is survived by eight siblings: Eleanor, Jeanne, Norbert, Arthur, Raymond, George, Mike, and Harry. He is also survived by 41 nieces and nephews and 20 great nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his sister Doloris and his brother Richard. The Funeral Liturgy will be held on Friday January 13, 2006 at the St. Lawrence Seminary in Mt. Calvary, Wisconsin at 11:00 A.M. Burial will follow at St. Lawrence. Visitation will be on Thursday at St. Lawrence Seminary from 5:00 to 7:30 P.M., with a wake service to be held at 7:30. Visitation will also be held on Friday morning from 9:30 to 10:45.
