Floyd F. Bay

Age 91, passed away Monday, December 1, 2003 at the Appleton Medical Center. Floyd was born in Kaukauna on July 23, 1912, son of the late Edward and Ann (Wilpolt) Bay. On April 1, 1940, he married the former Drucilla “Trucy” Risse in DuBuque, Iowa; she survives. Floyd worked as an electrician at Thilmany Pulp & Paper in Kaukauna for over thirty years, and also served as a member of the United States Navy during World War II.

He is survived by his wife: Drucilla “Trudy” Bay of Kaukauna; five children: Bruce (Jackie) Bay of St. Louis; Don (Debra) Bay of San Francisco; Scott Bay of Minneapolis; Tom Bay of Kaukauna; and Debbie (Wayne) Nighorno f Pulaski; eleven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; a sister-in-law: Lucille (Lawrence) Zimmerman. Floyd was preceded in death by his parents, a brother Clyde, and sister Ruth and Sally.

Memorial Services will be held at a later date.
