Age 94, passed away on Tuesday morning, August 28, 2007 at Manor Care. She was born on September 11, 1912 in Reedsville to the late Otto and Clara Bubolz. On May 31, 1952 she married Anton Schmidt who preceded her in death on August 22, 1972.

She is survived by her daughter: Judy (Doug) Burhans, Appleton; grandchildren: David Allen Burhans and Jenny Marie Burhans, both of Appleton, as well as many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and her husband, she was preceded in death by three sisters: Lillian Linskens, Alice Sonnabend, and Fern Tachmier.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Thursday, August 30, 2007 at St. Luke Evangelical Lutheran Church (705 Greenfield Drive, Little Chute) with Rev. Ronald Szep officiating. Friends may call at the church from 10:00 A.M. until the time of the service. Interment will be in St. Mary Cemetery, Brillion.
