Evelyn Dawn Schapiro

Evelyn Schapiro, age 85, passed away peacefully on January 23, 2024. Born Evelyn Dawn Turner on March 21, 1946, to George and Olive (Dawn) Turner in Saskatoon, SK. She received a bachelor’s degree (with honors) in nursing and went on to become an RN in pediatric care.

Evelyn’s nature was one of caring for others. She instilled a strong sense of compassion, empathy, and fierce loyalty in both of her sons.

Evelyn is survived by her sons Jeremy (Leah) and Chad (Erica); grandchildren: Lucy, Dylan, Madeline, and Mackinze.

She is preceded in death by her parents.

At Evelyn’s request, there will be no formal services. There will be an informal Celebration of Life at Good Company (110 N Richmond St, Appleton, WI 54912) March 22, 2024 from 5pm-6:30pm. In her memory, please “pay it forward” by undertakingan act of kindness for someone in your path.
