Eltinge “Al” Dauer

Age 98, passed away on Wednesday May 2, 2001 at Peabody Manor in Appleton, WI. He was born on April 10, 1903 in Milwaukee the son of the late Louis and Augusta (Stahlke) Dauer. He was employed by Controls Company of America in Milwaukee for many years in Inventory Control. He retired several years ago. He is survived by his grandchildren Tom (Laura) Sullivan of Virginia, Todd (Ann) Sullivan of Illinois, Jennifer (Pavel) Krikava of Colorado, and Jill Heyer of Appleton; his five great grandchildren Kyle and Katie Sullivan, Nate and Amanda Sullivan, and Tyler Wood; his sons-in-law Paul (Kathy) Heyer of Appleton, and Bill (Cathy) Sullivan of Milwaukee. He was preceded in death by his wife Norma (Greenwheller) Dauer, his children Barbara Dauer, Donna Sullivan, and Judy Heyer; and his sister Hazel (Roy) Mulvaney. Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday May 5, 2001 at 11:00 AM at Mt. Lebanon Evangelical Lutheran Church at Hampton and 60th Streets in Milwaukee with the Rev. David Hein officiating. Interment will take place at Lincoln Memorial Park. Friends may call directly at the church from 9:30 AM until the time of the service. A memorial fund is being established.
