MUELLER, ELMER H.

Elmer Mueller, of Appleton, age 91 years, died on Friday, October 19, 2007 at Cherry Meadows. He was born July 27, 1916 in Underhill, Wisconsin, the son of the late Robert and Emma (Suring) Mueller. On December 5, 1942 in Clintonville he married Mildred Roloff. Elmer was employed at Morning Glory Dairy for 30 years. He was a member of the Johnston-Blessman Post #38 American Legion. Elmer enjoyed woodworking, making furniture and knickknacks and spending time at the cottage on Long Lake near Brillion.

He is survived by his daughters: Bobbye (fianceé Pat Oneacre) Hartzheim, Appleton and Dorothy (Ralph) Sasso, Fulton, New York; grandchildren: Linda (Roy) Biggs, Creve Coeur, Illinois; Lori (Kelly) Shaw, DePere and Sarah Sasso, Fulton, New York; great grandchildren: Alyssa and Tyler Biggs and his sister: Hildegard Bocher, Clintonville. Elmer is further survived by nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife Mildred Mueller, brother Harold (Laverne) Mueller, brother-in-law Fred Bocher and son-in-law Ken Hartzheim.

The memorial service for Elmer will be held at 7:00 pm on Friday, October 26, 2007 at WICHMANN FUNERAL HOME with Chaplain Jordan Kuczwara officiating. Inurnment will take place at Highland Memorial Park. The family will receive friends on Friday from 6:00 pm until the time of service. Memorials to ThedaCare at Home Hospice are appreciated.
