Elizabeth Hunt Meisle

Age 92, passed away on Saturday, January 12, 2002 at Appleton Medical Center.
Elizabeth was born on January 4, 1910 in Philadelphia, PA the daughter of the late Arthur and Elizabeth Hunt. On January 8, 1930 she married the late W. Layton Meisle and enjoyed 59 wonderful years together. Elizabeth attended Temple University in Philadelphia, PA. She was an active member at Trinity Lutheran Church. She was the past president of the United Church Women of Appleton and the Shrine Auxiliary.
She was a volunteer for Outagamie County Health Center and the Red Cross for 35 years.
Elizabeth was a dedicated and loving wife, mother and grandmother.

Elizabeth is survived by a daughter, Lois Meisle Parish, Minnetonka, MN; and a son and daughter-in-law William Meisle and Nanci (Miller) Meisle, Doylestown, PA; also survived by seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; other relatives and many friends.

The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, January 16, 2002 at TRINITY LUTHERAN CHURCH (209 South Allen Street) at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Chris Lee-Thompson officiating. Friends will be received directly at the church from 12:00 p.m. until the time of service (2:00 p.m.). Interment will be at Highland Memorial Park
