Age 91, Elaine lived a full life. She passed away peacefully in her sleep the morning of December 13, 2007. Elaine was born on December 5, 1916, to the late Ernst and Lulu (Radloff) Kubitz. Elaine worked for Wisconsin Bell Phone Company and donated much time to the Red Cross and the Dial-a-Bus program. She is lovingly survived by her son, William (Kristine) Foth of Appleton and her brother-in-law, Marvin Knorr of Appleton. She is preceded in death by her husband, Ronald Foth, and her sister, Betty Knorr.

Funeral services for Elaine will be held on Monday, December 17, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. at the Star of Hope Chapel at HIGHLAND MEMORIAL PARK, 3131 N. Richmond Street, Appleton, with Pastor Jane B. Anderson officiating. Friends may call at the chapel at 9:00 a.m. until the time of service.

The family has established a memorial fund.

The family would like to extend a sincere thank you to the staff at Theda Care Hospice, Dr. Dan Heyerdahl and the staff at Carolina Manor for making mom always feel comfortable.
