Age 81, passed away on Tuesday night, July 15, 2008 at The Alterra Sterling House in Neenah. She was born on July 19, 1926 in Green Bay, daughter of the late Leo and Gertrude (Pauwels) Derouin. On September 13, 1952 she married Robert G. Landskron, and they shared 55 wonderful years together. Elaine was employed with ARA Vending Service for 15 years, retiring in 1991. Elaine was a long-time member of the Rosary Society at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church and a member of the Catholic Knights for 55 years. She enjoyed gardening flowers and vegetables, walking, and swimming at the YMCA, cooking, bowling, praying the rosary, and above all spending time with her beloved grandchildren.

She will be sadly missed by her loving husband, Robert, her children: David (Gail), Menomonee Falls, Daryl, Milwaukee, Donald (Sally), Neenah, Douglas (Janet), Menasha, Devin (MaryJo), Menasha; her grandchildren: Kevin, Joshua, Charity, Jeremey (Amanda), Heather, Aaron, Scott, Stephanie; her sisters: Yvonne Kempen, Mildred Coenen, Grace (Lloyd) Huth, Janice (Erv) Coenen, Janet (Ralph) Klipstine; brother-in-law: Clarence Vercauteren; as well as many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother: Kenneth (Fern) Derouin, two sisters: Mary Ann Derouin and Dorothy Vercauteren; brothers-in-law: Adrian Kempen and Louis Coenen.

The Memorial Mass for Elaine will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Monday, July 21, 2008 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church (516 DePere Street) with Father Paul Radetski officiating. Friends will be received at the Wichmann Funeral Home Tri-County Chapel from 1:00 until 5:00 P.M. on Sunday, July 20, 2008, and again at the church on Monday from 10:00 A.M. until the time of Mass. Interment will be in St. John's Catholic Cemetery, Menasha.
