Age 72, passed away on Monday January 8, 2007 at Appleton Medical Center. Edna was born September 23, 1934 in Pineville, Kentucky to the late Victor and Thelma (Rice) Hooker. She was married to Clyde Missling for 58 years and he survives her. She is also survived by her children Raymond of Green Bay; Sharon of Neenah; Larry (Rachel) of Waukesha; Vicky and friend Bruce of Neenah; her sister Ruby (Melvin) Ball of Cincinnatti, Ohio; brothers in law, Wayne (Evelyn) Missling of Phillips, WI., and Stanley Missling of Seattle, WA. Edna is further survived by her grandchildren, Jason, Jennifer (Dave) , Jessica, Nickolas, and Aaron. She was preceded in death by brothers Curtis and Ralph, and a sister Ruth.
Edna was a superb homemaker and a wonderful wife and mother, who always put her family first.

Funeral Services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday January 12, 2007 at Highland Memorial Park Chapel 3131 N. Richmond St., Appleton, with Pastor Martin Ruge officiating. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 4-8 p.m. at the funeral home and on Friday from 10 a.m. until the time of services at Highland Memorial Park. A memorial is being established.
