RENTNER, EDITH M.

Edith Rentner, age 89, of Appleton, died on Friday, March 18, 2005, at Franciscan Care Center, Appleton. Edith was born on October 7, 1915, in Chicago, to the late Otto and Lillian (Kramp) Rentner. She was a founding member of Faith Lutheran Church and played organ at services for over 40 years. She was also a member of the American Guild of Organists. Survivors include her sister, Elvira Max, Brookfield; her two nieces, Fran (Dave) Lupardus, of Brookfield and their children, Patrick and Anne, and Margie (Emerson) Bouchard, Shawnee, Kansas, and their children, Marc, Robert and Nicole. Edith was preceded in death by her sisters, Loraine Rentner and Doris Rentner. Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, March 22, 2005, at FAITH LUTHERAN CHURCH, 601 East Glendale Avenue, Appleton, with Rev. Paul Brinkman officiating. Friends may call directly at the church on Tuesday from 12:30 p.m. until the time of services. Interment will be in Highland Memorial Park, Appleton. The family requests that any memorials be mailed directly to the charity of your choice.
