Age 92, died on Saturday, March 9, 2002, at the Franciscan Care Center. Dorothy was born on August 3, 1909, daughter of the late John and Francis (Johnson) Krause. In 1931, Dorothy married Roland J. Hidde, Sr., and they enjoyed 53 years of marriage, until he preceded her in death in 1984. Dorothy will be greatly missed by her son, Roland “Jack” (Julie) Hidde; her 2 daughters, Judy (Don) Stoetzel; Barbara (Len) Trotta; her sister, Bernice Pengelly, Dearborn, Michigan; 16 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; and her niece, Gail (Ralph) Shefferly. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Emy Lou (Jerry) Weaver; and her brother, John Allen Krause. Funeral services will not be held.
