Donna Mae Smith

Donna M. Smith, 74, passed away on Tuesday, May 9, 2023. She was born on November 11, 1948, in Kaukauna, the daughter of Woodrow and Lula (Kahler) Wheelock. Donna was employed with Firefly and Bazil’s Bar for many years. She was united in marriage to Ronald Smith in 1967. Donna loved her cats, watching old movies, attending craft fairs and concerts.

Donna is survived by her husband, Ron; daughter, Lori Smith; a brother and sister: Rob Wheelock and Peggy (Jeff) Stiltjes; many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Donna was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Tom Wheelock; a sister-in-law: Sue Wheelock.

A memorial gathering for Donna will be held from 10:00 am until Noon, on Friday, June 2, 2023, at the Wichmann Funeral Home, 537 N. Superior St., Appleton. An informal memory sharing will be held at Noon. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund will be established.
