Donald W. Schultz
‘Don’
Age 67, of Appleton, passed away unexpectedly after a fishing trip with his wife and grandson, Bradley on April 16, 2004. Don was born to the late Leroy and Gertrude (Opper) Schultz on December 20, 1936 in Kewaskum, Wisconsin. On July 2, 1981 he was united in marriage to Vivian Zeman and later sealed for time and all eternity in the Chicago Temple on October 24, 1989. They recently served a voluntary, year and a half mission in the Chicago Temple, for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. He was an employee at Bemis Manufacturing until retiring in 1999. Don loved his grandchildren; enjoyed fishing, camping, and visits to loved ones homes, and was very mechanically inclined. Don had a personal testimony of Jesus Christ, His atoning sacrifice and the fullness of life we can all have as we commit ourselves to serving Him. Don served others with all his heart all. He touched the hearts of many by his example; a kind and gentle nature, sharing his many talents to lift and build others. Next to the Savior, his greatest love was for his wife, Vivian. He cherished anytime he was able to spend with her. She was always his number one priority and he would stop at nothing to make sure she knew she was always safe, when he was available.
Survivors include his wife, Vivian; children: Linda (Geoff) Hoppe, Gerry (Jennifer) Ananda, Terri Esfandiary, Timothy Benyo, Mark (Lori) Benyo, Lily (Gary) Gabor, George (Theresa) Benyo, Eileen (Russ) Orlando, Jenifer (Jason) Myse, Jody (Torris) Epps, and two sons from a previous marriage, John Schultz and David Schultz; 31 grandchildren; siblings: Robert Schultz, Ruth (Norbert) Weis, Kathy (Ralph) Ewert, Eileen (Henry) Dieringer, Leroy (Mary) Schultz and Richard Schultz; he is further survived by many other relatives and friends.
