Donald Oscar Laack

Age 83, passed away on Monday July 9, 2001 at Outagamie County Health Center.
Donald was born to the late Edwin and Alma Laack on March 12, 1918 in the town of Plymouth, WI. After school Donald helped his parents with the family farm, and later moved to Burlington, WI and worked for LaVelle Rubber Co. After moving to Appleton, WI he worked for Lawrence University and retired after 17 years. Donald loved to fish and to work in his garden.
Donald is survived by a daughter Sharon (David) Nellis, Appleton; a granddaughter, Barbara Nellis; and a sister, Irma Janke, Sheboygan; three brothers-in-law, Harvey (Ethel), Ed (Pat), and Leonard (Bernice) Beyer; two sisters-in-law, Nellie Laack and Mrs. Vernon Beyer.
Donald was preceded in death by his parents, Edwin and Alma; his wife, Arlene; a daughter, Denise Laack; a brother, Willard; and a sister, Mrs. Otto Richer.

The funeral service will be on Friday July 13, 2001 at FIRST ENGLISH LUTHERAN CHURCH (326 East North Street) at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Chris Quello officiating. Friends will be received directly at the church on Friday from 9:30 a.m. until the time of service (11:00 a.m.). Entombment will be at Highland Memorial Park.
