Formerly of Appleton, age 84, passed away peacefully in her sleep after a long battle with Alzheimer's disease on Thursday, August 14, 2008 at Weyauwega Health Care Center. Dolores was born on September 22, 1923 in Appleton to the late William and Gertrude (Auguste) Schlender. At a young age Dolores learned how to play the guitar and shared her music on WLS Radio in Chicago. She enjoyed riding Harley and Indian Motorcycles.On December 1, 1949 she married Norbert Robert Yingling, and they shared 32 wonderful years until he preceded her in death in October of 1982, after which she moved from the city to the country to start a new life with her daughter and son-in-law. Dolores was a long-time employee of Zwicker's Knitting Mill.

She will be sadly missed by her daughter and son-in-law, Patsy and Russell Belling, Weyauwega. In addition to her parents and her husband, Norbert, she was preceded in death by her sister June Kabke.

Funeral services for Dolores will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, August 16, 2008 at the Wichmann Funeral Home Tri-County Chapel with Pastor Barry Hoerz officiating. Friends will be received at the funeral home from 9:00 A.M. until the time of the service. Interment will be in Highland Memorial Park, Appleton. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund is being established
