Debra S. Adams, 44, of Kaukauna, passed away Tuesday, September 2, 2008, at her home.
She was born February 27, 1964, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, the daughter of the late Billie (Kriesel) VanGenderen. Debra married Dean J. Adams on May 5, 1984, in Antigo. They were blessed with 24 years together.
Deb was employed with the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh Headstart School Program at Plamann Park. She was very proud of being a part of their team. She enjoyed traveling up north and spending time with her grandson, Owen, and other family and friends.
Debra is survived by her husband, Dean; three sons, David, Michael (Sarah), and Steven Adams; her grandson, Owen; two brothers, Clayton and Kevin; her mother-in-law, Kathryn (Wally) Lasonde; brothers and sisters-in-law, Donald Adams & Lisa, Diana Blatz, Daniel Adams & Jay, Deb (Brad) Stayer, Dawn Kwick & Larry, and Daryl (Gail) Adams; an aunt, Mrs. Vernon (Nancy) Shover; and an uncle, Mike (Chris) Strasser, as well as many nieces and nephews.
A memorial celebration for Debra will be at 12:00 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 6, 2008, at FARGO FUNERAL HOME. Visitation will begin at 9:00 a.m. Saturday until the time of services at the funeral home.
