David James Mullen

David James Mullen, 56, of Appleton, passed away peacefully on March 4, 2024, at St. Elizabeth Hospital. 

David was born on March 10, 1967, in Appleton, Wisconsin, to Eldred “Gus” and Patricia “Pat” (Siebert) Mullen.  

Dave attended catholic school in Appleton at St. Mary and graduated from Xavier High School in 1985. While in school he participated in basketball and baseball.  

David was a gentle, caring person, and was an avid collector of sports memorabilia. Dave also took great pride in maintaining his lawn during all seasons of the year. 

David is survived by his brother, Jeff Mullen; aunts, many cousins and family friends. 

David was preceded in death by his parents, aunts, uncles and a cousin. 

Dave’s family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff from Ascension Hospital for their compassionate care.  

In lieu of flowers the family requests contributions be made in Dave’s name to the American Heart Association or the American Diabetes Association. 

A private Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
