“He Lived.  He Died”

(That is the obituary Danny wrote for himself)

What can I say about Danny.

He was a wonderful man.  Complicated.  A man of many levels.  He loved to sing and liked the song “My Way” because that is the way he lived his life.  His Way.  He read everything, Classics like “A Tale of Two Cities”, Westerns by Louis L’Amour, Sports books and books about the Wars, the Lands and the People.  He liked John Wayne and Calvin & Hobbes.  He read every newspaper he could get, and he even wrote stories.

He loved the woods, camping and sitting by the fire.  His favorite place was sitting with a fishing pole in hand and his dog laying by his side.  And he loved his “Pumpkin”.

Everyone who knew Danny knew how awesome he was.  He will always be my shining star.

A celebration of life will be planned for a date to be determined. Please check back for details.
