Daniel A. Williams

Dan Williams, age 53 of Appleton, passed away at home on August 4, 2021.  He was born in Kaukauna on July 17, 1968, son of Martin and Elaine (Tilton) Williams.  Dan graduated from Appleton West High School, class of 1987.  He then began his career at William House of Wisconsin then started as a Press Operator working at Pro Label, Valley Label and most recently at Outlook Graphics.

Dan was known for being a generous guy, always willing to lend a hand when needed.  He loved working on cars or anything with an engine.  He was always interested in learning new things for any hands-on projects.   Of the many joys in his life, his greatest accomplishment was his son, Collin.    Dan loved spending time with his family and spoiling his nieces whenever he could. His big heart showed when he adopted his 2 cats: Raven and Bootsy, they gave him much comfort and joy.

Dan is survived by his parents: Martin and Elaine Williams of Appleton; his son: Collin Williams, and his grandson Colton of De Soto, Kansas; sister: Michele (Tom) Madson of Greenville and their daughters: Katlyn Madson, Kersten Madson and McKenna Madson; sister: Dawn (Dan) Mailloux of Pewaukee and their daughters: Isabella Mailloux, Morgan Mailloux and Elaina Mailloux; two aunts: Debbie Williams and Elaine Williams; along with several cousins.

He was preceded in death by a brother David; grandparents: Earl and Meta Tilton and Norman and Florence Williams; uncle Ron Williams; aunt and uncle: Joan and Ron Minten.

You will be missed forever and always, and now you are free to soar.

The family invites you to join them in remembering Dan at a gathering to be held at the Wichmann Funeral Home, located at 537 N. Superior Street in Appleton, on Saturday, August 14, 2021 from 1:00 PM until 4:00 PM.
