Dale "Bloop" Vander Bloomen

Dale Vander Bloomen, age 66 of Kaukauna, passed away at ThedaCare Medical Center in Appleton on February 28, 2022.  Dale was born in Kaukauna on May 23, 1955, son of the late Frederick Vander Bloomen and Jean (Servaes) Vander Bloomen who still resides in Kaukauna.

Bloop enjoyed motorcycle riding, music, movies, the Packers, and animals, especially his dalmatian.   He was also a familiar face at Bob’s Inn in Kaukauna. 

He will be remembered as a much-loved brother, son, uncle and great uncle who loved his nieces and nephews beyond measure.  He was so much fun to be with, and will be missed by all.

Survivors include his mother: Jean Vander Bloomen of Kaukauna; a sister: Lori (Greg) Welhouse; three nieces: Mindy (Scott) Baker, Tracy Vander Bloomen (Elijah Perez), and Alicia Welhouse; five great-nieces and a nephew: Robbie, Jamiee and Carlee Baker, and Penelope and Juniper Perez; a former sister-in-law: Susan (Michael) Allgeyer, as well as many cousins.  He was preceded in death by his father Frederick “Fritz” Vander Bloomen and a brother James "Bloop" Vander Bloomen.

His family and friends will gather to celebrate his life on Friday, March 11, 2022, from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM at the Fargo Funeral Home, located at 400 W. Wisconsin Avenue in Kaukauna.  All are welcome to attend.
