Clyde Ira Hulbert

Age 71, died Saturday, September 15, 2001 at Mercy Medical Center in Oshkosh. He was born August 6, 1930 to the late Clyde R. and Gertrude R. Hulbert in Wauwatosa, WI. He moved to Neenah in 1944 attending Neenah High School. Clyde served in the U.S. Army from 1947 until 1949 and again during the Korean War in the Military Police from 1951 until 1953. He then worked for the Neenah Police Department from 1953 until 1958. Clyde worked in the automotive industry from 1960until his retirement in 1992. He sold mainly General Motors cars in the Oshkosh area as a sales person and sales manager working 20 years at the Pontiac garage and finishing at Bergstrom Automotive. In his spare time he loved hunting, fishing, boating and sports.
He is survived by his wife, Jody (Judith) Hulbert of Omro; four sons, Brian and Paula Hulbert of Omro, Keith and Tina Hulbert of Larsen; Paul and Brenda Christman of Oshkosh and Jeffrey and Janet Christman of Menasha; two daughters, Heidi and Chris Kasuluski of Omro and Pamela and David Rogers of New York. He will also be missed by thirteen grandchildren, and a cousin, Carol Young of Oshkosh.
He was preceded in death by a sister Mrs. Walter (Mary Jane) Scott.
The Memorial Service will be 2:00 PM on Monday September 17, 2001 at ST. MARY CATHOLIC CHURCH, 233 East Scott Street, Omro with Pastor Edward Slusser and Fr. Joe Mattern officiating. Friends and family may call directly at CHURCH on Monday from 1:00 PM until the time of service. Inurnment will take place in Historic Riverside Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers a memorial is being established.
