HUSS, CLAYTON P.
Of Kaukauna, age 68 years, died Sunday, June 12, 2005 at Appleton Medical Center. He was born February 16, 1937 in Kaukauna the son of the late Peter and Henrietta (Vande Wettering) Huss. Clayton married Jean Draeger on May 16, 1980 at Bethany Lutheran Church, Kaukauna. He was employed for 42 years at Thilmany’s retiring in 1999. Clayton was a member of the Thilmany’s Quarter Century Club.
Survivors include his wife: Jean Huss of Kaukauna; 2 sisters: Joan Ver Voort of Kaukauna and Mary (Marvin) Van Groll of Little Chute; 2 brothers: Roland (Donna) Huss of Kaukauna and Gary (Kay) Huss of Greenleaf; 3 sisters-in-law: Shirley Huss of Kaukauna, Sharon Gilbertson of Sherwood and Linda Cook of Manawa; 6 brothers-in-law: Dale (Pat) Draeger of Silver Lake, Dennis (Fran) Draeger of Rosholt, Donald (Linda) Draeger of Manawa, Duane (Lana) Draeger of Manawa, David (Mary) Draeger of Oshkosh and Douglas (Debbie) Draeger of Manawa; 2 special nieces: Bonnie (Rick) Lamers of Kaukauna and Sue (Bill) Barta of Kaukauna. Clayton is further survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, 3 brothers, Cyril (Marge) Huss, Cletus Huss and Peter Huss, Jr., brother-in-law, George Ver Voort.
The funeral service will be held at 10:30 am on Wednesday, June 15, 2005 at FARGO FUNERAL HOME with Rev. Walter Steinbach officiating. Interment will take place at Kelso Cemetery. A visitation will be held Wednesday from 8:30 am until the time of service. Special thank you to Sherri and Lisa at the Kaukauna Dialysis Center.
