Cheryl "Sheri" Kraus

Cheryl “Sheri” Kraus of Appleton, WI joined the table of her Lord and Savior on December 18, 2024. Sheri was born on October 27, 1956 to Earl and Patricia Van Heuklon. 

Sheri was a woman of faith and Devoted to her family and dear friends. She enjoyed gardening, decorating, crafting, time spent with her family and friends, reading, devotion, and cleaning. 

Cheryl is survived by her two sons, Chad Kraus and Jeff (Heather) Kraus; her 3 grandchildren, Jayden, Micah, and Lucas; her two brothers, Thomas “Buck” Van Heuklon and Dan Van Heuklon; her brother-in-law, Kees Benkers; as well as nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews, and dear friends. 

Cheryl was preceded in death by her husband, Robert “Bob” Kraus; her parents, Earl and Patricia Van Heuklon; her sister, Lynn Benkers; and her niece, Tara Benkers.

Cheryl’s family would like to thank ThedaCare At Home Hospice for all their care, especially Tess. Per Sheri’s wishes, a celebration of life will be held privately.
