Age 80, passed away on Sunday, September 25, 2005 at Appleton Medical Center. He was born on November 16, 1924 to the late Frank and Ella (Zuehlke) Cumber. On June 17, 2000 he married his third wife, Dorothy (VandenBusch) Bullock and they shared 5 wonderful years. Chuck enjoyed fishing, truck driving, watching wrestling, and was an avid Packer fan.
He will be sadly missed by his wife Dorothy, his step-son, Samuel (Heather) Bullock, Appleton, step-grandchildren, Elizabeth, Samuel Jr., and Rachel, brothers, Frank (Edna) Cumber, Little Chute, Harold (Mary) Cumber, New London, Melvin Cumber, New London, sister, Shirlee Beyer, New London, as well as many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two wives: Sally and Jeanette, brothers: Marvin and Donald, sisters: Evelyn, Virginia, Marcella, Alice, and Rosemary, and step-children: Joseph Collins and Patricia Lenz.
Funeral Services for Chuck will be held on Wednesday, September 28, 2005 at 11 a.m. at the Wichmann Funeral Home, 537 N. Superior Street, with Pastor Wendy Wirth-Brock officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home from 9 a.m. until the time of the funeral service. Military Honors will be performed at the funeral home directly after the funeral service. Interment will be in Riverside Cemetery.
