Age 91, died Saturday, October 19, 2002, at Brewster Village. Carolyn was born on April 12, 1911 in the Town of Center, Wisconsin, to the late Robert and Carrie (Rosenberg) Schubert.

Survivors include her sister, Evelyn (Lyle) Snyder, New London; her niece, Elaine (Douglas) England and family, Appleton; and her nephew, Gerald R. (Mildred) Batzler and family, Greenville; other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her brother, Jess Schubert, and her special friend Harry Kubitz.

Private funeral services were held at the WICHMANN FUNERAL HOME, Appleton. Interment was in Highland Memorial Park, Appleton. The family would like to extend a sincere thank you to the staff at Brewster Village-Harmony House for their loving care during the past year.
