Carole F. Wydeven

Carole F. Daul Wydeven, age 73, passed away Friday, December 23, 2016. She was born on March 14, 1943, daughter of Karl and Florence Geurts Daul.
On July 27, 1963 she was united in marriage to David L. Wydeven. They lived and raised their 4 children in Kimberly.

She enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren. Her interests were politics, reading, needle and yarn crafting and any kind of board game – except BINGO! She also enjoyed teaching her grandchildren how to play Texas Hold 'Em poker.

Survivors include her husband, David L. Wydeven; their children: Joan (Doug) Hermsen, Lawrence Wydeven, David Jr. (Liz) Wydeven and Patrick Wydeven; her grandchildren: Kate (Matt), Tina, Grant, Krystine, Nicole, Brittani and Mitchell; her great grandson Donovan; Step-mother Evelyn Daul; Sisters: Terese (Jim) Krause-Young, Marge Nitzband, Mary (Jerry) Lamb, and Bonnie (Mike) Flasch; Brothers: Larry (Linda) Daul, Tony (Laurie) Daul and Jim (Sue) Daul; Sisters-In-Law: Charlotte Menting, Glady (Pat) Vavra and Mary (Joe) Keberlein; Brothers-In-Law: Robert Wydeven and Martin (Linda) Wydeven.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers: Karlon Daul and Kenneth Daul; Sister: Sherri Daul; Brothers-In-Law: Dennis Krause and Del Nitzband.

A memorial service for Carole will be held on Thursday, January 5, 2017 at 6:00 PM at the WICHMANN FUNERAL HOME, 537 N. Superior St. A time of visitation will be held on Thursday from 4:00 PM until the time of the service at the funeral home. Online condolences may be expressed at www.wichmannfargo.com.
