Carol Jean (Semrow) Willenkamp, 78, Appleton, our wonderful wife, mother, and grandmother joined our Heavenly Father on Sunday, February 21, 2021, after a four-year long fight against kidney cancer that had spread. Carol was born on November 8, 1942, in Appleton, to Harry and Frieda (Koss) Semrow. Carol lived in Appleton her entire life. Carol met her amazing husband, Bob, at Zwickers. They were united in marriage on May 8, 1965. Together, they had two beautiful daughters: Keri of Greenville, WI, and Kina (Scott) Demerath of Appleton. The greatest joy in her life were her two grandsons: Devon (Carlye) and Kyle Demerath. Carol also had a great love for animals, especially dogs. Carol worked at several grocery stores, Curves, and spent her later years at Younkers. She made many friends and enjoyed working with people.

Carol is survived by her husband Bob, daughters Keri Willenkamp and Kina (Scott) Demerath, grandsons Devon (Carlye) and Kyle Demerath. She is further survived by her sister Donna (Harold) Voigt of Largo, FL, brother Earl (Karen) Semrow of Appleton, sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law Karen (Gene) Krull, Connie (Allen) Krull, Larry (Marilyn) Willenkamp, Lois (Rene) Grode, many nieces and nephews as well as a special nephew Dennis Voigt who also shares a journey of cancer with Carol.
