Bruce A. Petit

Bruce A. Petit, 53, Kaukauna, passed away on October 24, 2013 after a 3 year battle with cancer. Bruce was born on July 4, 1960 to Leander and Clara (Hooyman) Petit. He was a 1978 graduate of Kaukauna High School. On August 22, 1980 Bruce married the former Jean Willems at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Appleton and they enjoyed over 33 years together. He was employed as a Press Operator at Coating Excellence for many years. Bruce's family was his life. Being a husband to Jean and a good father to Jennifer was most important. Bruce also loved trips to the casinos. He also loved all sports but especially loved the Green Bay Packers and NASCAR.

Bruce will be sadly missed by his wife Jean, daughter Jennifer Petit, Kaukauna, brothers and sisters: John (Sue) Petit, Beth Klug, Cheryl (Rick) Hanson, Rene' (Mary) Petit, Joseph (Ann) Petit, Jean's mother Shirley Willems, Jean's siblings Harry (Brenda) Willems, Mark (Carrie) Willems, Sandy (Mike) Hefner and Shawn Willems as well as many nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother-in-law Dave Klug.

There will be a memorial service on Wednesday October 30, 2013 at 7:30 pm at Fargo Funeral Home of Kaukauna with the Rev. Thomas Farrell officiating. Visitation will be Wednesday from 4-8 pm at the funeral home. Online condolences should be expressed at www.wichmannfargo.com.
