Died November 29, 2003 as a result of an automobile accident.
Briana was born in the town of La Grange Illinois on November 21, 1991.

She was a member of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, attended sixth grade at Franklin Elementary School and eighth grade math at Wilson Junior High. Briana loved her family, friends, sports and animals. Briana played soccer with the Fox Valley Unified Danger Team. She also played on the Franklin Boys Team for the past five years. When Briana wasn’t reading, she was playing soccer or other sports with her best friend / brother Matthew. Briana idolized Mia Hamm and adored her coach Leah Schwarz. Her dream was to play soccer for the U.S. Women’s Team. Briana’s aptitude for Math & Science and her love of animals fueled another dream of becoming a veterinarian. She also loved horses and was able to ride in Tennessee the day before her death.

Briana touched many lives and will be missed by all. She was an example of the pure love that Jesus speaks of in the New Testament. She was a channel of peace and love, never arguing or fighting with her family or friends.

She will be missed by her parents Rick & Tina Headley, brothers Alex & Matthew& sister Danielle. She will also be missed by her grandparents: Catherine Headley, Dennis Headley, Maribeth Headley, Nancy & David Hassell, Paul Stuard. Briana was loved by many Aunts, Uncles & Cousins: Great Uncle Rev. Donald Headley, David & Beth (Headley) Koeller – Katie, Tim, Craig, Amy, & Mooka; Mark & Teri (Headley) Bukovsky – Cody, Tara, Tyler,&Luke Chris & Traci Headley – Taylor; Danny & Peggy Vicens – Meaghen, Danny; Brian Hassell, Michael & Kari (Hassell) LaRusso РCourtney, Katelyn, Michael; Melissa Hassell & Cory Pitsch. Connell & Debra Stuard- Josh; Mark & Michelle Stuard- Eli, Parker, Angelina; Vickie (Stuard) & Terry White.
Briana’s love and affection will also be missed by extended family, friends, neighbors, classmates, teachers, coaches, & teammates.

Funeral Services for Briana will be held on Monday December 15, 2003 at St. Mary of the Woods Church 7033 N. Moselle Ave., Chicago, IL (1-773-763-0206) at 12:00 noon with visiting hours from10:00 am until the time of the service. Interment will take place in the Queen of Heaven Cemetery, Hillside IL. Visitation will also be held at the Wichmann Funeral Home, Appleton, WI, December 13 from 4 to 9 p.m. A Memorial Fund has been established in Briana’s name c/o M&I Bank 221 W.
