Age 87, died on Sunday, March 2, 2003 at Menomonee Falls Health Care Center, where she has lived for 1 ¬Ω years. Bernice was born on October 8, 1915 in High Cliff, WI, daughter of the late Bismark and Rose (Popp) Wiechmann. She married Alvin Drousth on July 25, 1942, and they have enjoyed 60 years of marriage together. They were longtime residents of Sherwood. Bernice is survived by her husband, Alvin; her daughter, Faye (Leonard) Kasten; her son, Robert (Judith) Drousth; sister, Isabel Foster; 4 grandchildren, Grant Kasten; Mark (Tamara) Kasten; Nicholas and Alexander Drousth; and sister-in-law, Nancy Reinke. She is further survived by many nieces and nephews. Bernice was preceded in death by her brothers, Carl, Fred and Henry Wiechmann; and her sisters, Hattie Hambach; Ceil Harding; Clara Schultz; Rose Kuhr; and Norma Levknecht. The Memorial Service will be held at 3:00 p.m., on Wednesday, March 5, 2003 at WICHMANN TRI COUNTY CHAPEL. Family and friends will be received at the funeral home on Wednesday, March 5 from 2 p.m. until the time of service. The family would like to extend their gratitude to Barb Jack for her loving care of Bernice.
