Trudell, Barbara J.

Barbara J. Trudell, age 63, of Little Chute, died Saturday evening, October 1, 2005, at Cherry Meadows. She was born July 11, 1942, to Jacob and Rosalie (Richards) Van Nuland, in Kimberly and had been a resident of Little Chute. She married Alfred Trudell on February 24, 1962; he preceded her in death on September 1, 1998. Following the death of her husband, Barbara, had been employed by Appleton Medical Center. She enjoyed spending time with her wonderful grandchildren, playing cards and camping.
Barbara is survived by three sons, Timothy (Chris) Trudell, Wrightstown; Allen (Barbara) Trudell, Kaukauna; Robert (Debbie) Trudell, Darboy; five grandchildren, Shannon and Chad Trudell, Joshua Coonen, Stephanie and Amanda Trudell; her mother, Rosalie Van Nuland, Little Chute; two sisters, Rosalie (James) Lamers, Little Chute; Carol Wallace, Little Chute; a brother, John Van Nuland and his special friend, Nancy Wood, Kimberly; three sisters-in-law, Donna Van Nuland, Mary Ann (Melvin) Treankler, Sharon (Beauford) Olson; three brothers-in-law, Raymond (Patsy) Trudell, David Trudell, Ronald (Marcie) Trudell; her godchildren, David Lamers, Ronald Van Nuland; numerous nieces, nephews, family members, friends and her devoted companion, Sparky. She was preceded in death by her father, Jacob Van Nuland, an infant son, Michael, a brother, Phillip, her father and mother-in-law, Theodore and Helen Trudell, a nephew, Daniel Van Nuland, and a sister-in-law, Judy Van Nuland.
The funeral service for Barbara will be held at 7:00 pm, Tuesday, October 4, 2005, at the funeral home, with Deacon Pete Reinl officiating. Burial will be in Holy Name Cemetery, Kimberly. Friends may call at the funeral home from 4:00 pm Tuesday, until the time of the service. In lieu of flowers a memorial fund is being established.
