The family would like to thank everyone from Affinity Visiting Nurses Hospice for their wonderful care, the social workers, volunteers, nurses Gina and Kristin, who has quite the story to share about a certain hospital gown! A special thank you to our dear friend Linda – you will always hold a special place in our hearts.
