ANNA WAUTERS KRUEGER
SEYMOUR
Age 78, died Wednesday, February 6, 2002. She was born November 20, 1923 to the late
William and Minnie (Price) Wagner in Engadine, Michigan. On November 29, 1952 she married Aelred J. Wauters. Together with her husband Aelred, her sister and brother in law she was co-owner of Valley Marine Mart in Menasha. Aelred preceded her in death on October 16, 1988. In May of 1990 she married Lawrence Krueger. He preceded her in death in March of 1995. Anna then moved to Engadine, MI to make her home with her sister and brother in law, Alvena and Lyle Jenks. In July of 2000, she moved to the Good Shepherd Home, Seymour, WI.
Anna was a member of the Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church, Greenville.
She is survived by her brother in law, Lyle Jenks; two brothers, John E, Wagner and Robert Wagner all of Engadine, MI; three nieces, Shirley Bieber and family of Grand Rapids, MI; James and Marsha Liewergen and family of Black Creek and Sue and Bill Carpenter of Tawas City, MI; six nephews, Lyle and Sally Jenks and family of Stephensville, William and Brenda Cashman and family of Sault Ste Marie, MI, Greg Jenks and family of Kingston, NY, John and Karen Wagner and family of Rochester, NY, William and Janice Wagner and family of Engadine, MI and Paul and Laurie Wagner and family of Oshkosh. She will also be missed by several cousins and many friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husbands, her three sisters, Clara Wagner, Marie Cashman and Alvena Jenks, an infant brother, a brother in law, Joseph Cashman a sister in law Lorraine Wagner.
The funeral service will be 11:00 AM Saturday, February 9, 2002 at SHEPHERD of the HILLS LUTHERAN CHURCH, N1615 Meadowview Drive, Greenville with Rev. Paul L. Shackel officiating. Viewing and visitation will be FRIDAY at the Funeral Home from 4 PM until 8 PM and again on SATURDAY at the Church from 10 AM until the time of service. A memorial is being established in her name.
The family wishes to thank the Good Shepherd Home for the wonderful loving and gentle care that Anna received during her time there. Especially the nurses and CNA’s in E wing, God Bless each of you! And a heartfelt thank you to the many volunteers at the Good Shepherd Home for helping her to enjoy her time there and to the “angels” who sat with her this last week when we could not be there.
