ANNA MAE CONRAD
Hortonville

Received by her Lord and Savior in her heavenly home on August 9, 2002. Anna Mae was born on July 30, 1922, to the late Oscar and Clara (Beyer) Schwarzenbach. She married Elvin Conrad on October 15, 1940, in Iola, Wisconsin; he preceded her in death on March 22, 1996. In 1946 they moved to a farm in the Hortonville area. In 1998, due to illness, Anna Mae lived with and was cared for by her daughter, Cheryl. Surviving Anna Mae are her four children: David Conrad, Hortonville; Jim (Karen) Conrad, Simi Valley, California; Cheryl (Guy) Kluge, Hortonville; and Richard Conrad, Owen; her grandchildren, Jason, Jared, Bethany and Crystal Conrad; Rachelle (Mike) Czarnecki; and Thad (Dawn) Kluge; her great-grandchildren, Shelley, Kevin Czarnecki, Hunter Kluge; Lindsay, John, Tina and Kayla; her sister-in-law, Lorretta Schwarzenbach, Waupaca; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins; her daughters-in-spirit, Darlene (Kurt) Muellner, Kewaunee and Donna (Ted ) Kortz, Neenah. She was preceded in death by her brothers, John and Marion Schwarzenbach; two brothers-in-law, Herb and Glenn (Olive) Conrad; two sisters-in-law, Violet (Bill) Borjes and Thelma (Irving) Wrolstad. Funeral services for Anna Mae will be Wednesday, August 14, 2002, with the visitation from 1:00 p.m. until the time of services at 2:00 p.m. at BETHLEHEM EV. LUTHERAN CHURCH, Hortonville, with Rev. Matthew Duin officiating. We thank God for the 80 years she had; all that she taught us, her deep faith, and love for animals. She was an avid Bible reader. Thank you to New London ER staff and Dr. Don Piniach. Also the kind and loving treatment she received at ADCS from Barb and Diane, and the staff on Wednesdays. In lieu of flowers a memorial for Anna Mae maybe given to Bethlehem Lutheran Church, Hortonville.
