Allen Cummings

Allen B. Cummings, 71, passed away on Sunday, April 22, 2018.

Allen was born on October 8, 1946 to Vernon and Alice (Hammersmith) Cummings in Chicago, Illinois. He worked as a salesman for Bear and PSE archery companies serving areas in Michigan and Wisconsin. In his later years he worked at Gander Mountain. Allen was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed hunting and camping. He also enjoyed woodworking.

Allen is survived by his wife, Linda Cummings, his three children; Kristen (Tom) Nelson, Michaela (Richard) Meyer, Allen (Debbie) Cummings, grandchildren; Teresa Denk, Tyler Denk, Morgan Cummings, Trevor Denk, and Alice Nelson, great grandchildren; Sylis Winter, Hendrix Wenzel and Zion Wenzel, two brothers; Bob Johnson and Rick Cummings, a step daughter Shelly (Gary) Pritchard, and her children Laura and Cameron, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Allen was preceded in death by his parents.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 5, 2018 at 1:00 PM at the WICHMANN FUNERAL HOME, TRI COUNTY CHAPEL, 1592 ONEIDA St. A time of visitation will be held from 11:00 AM until the time of the service at the funeral home. Online condolences may be expressed at www.wichmannfargo.com.
