Adolph "AJ" Johnson

Adolph “AJ” C. Johnson, age 67, passed away peacefully on Sunday, February 11, 2018. He was born on August 25, 1950 to Edwin and Wava (Grow) Johnson.

AJ is survived by his sisters: Joy (Leonard) Peterson, Denmark, Shirley (Larry) Connell, Kaukauna, and Linda Wiegand, Menasha; son, Josh Thiel and his son; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Edwin Johnson and Wava Vollmer, as well as beloved grandparents, Clarence and Sarah Grow.

A visitation will be held in memory of AJ from 2 p.m. until 4 p.m. on Sunday, February 25, 2018 at WICHMANN FUNERAL HOME TRI-COUNTY CHAPEL, 1592 Oneida St. Menasha. Online condolences may be expressed at www.wichmannfargo.com.

The family would like to give a special thank you to their sister, Linda, for devoting herself to caring for AJ for the last 15 years. They would also like to thank Calumet County Home Care and Hospice for their care and compassion for AJ.
