Olivia Stoffel was called into the arms of Jesus on Sunday, May 3, 2015 at the age of 11. She was born December 7, 2003 in Appleton, the first daughter of Jonathan and Erin (Campbell) Stoffel of Neenah. Olivia was currently a fifth grade student at Fox Valley Christian Academy in Neenah.
“Let the little children come to Me, and do not forbid them; for of such is the kingdom of God.” “And He took them up in His arms, laid His hands on them, and blessed them.” Mark 10:14b, 16
Olivia was a beautiful, tenderhearted, and compassionate young girl. She put her faith in Jesus Christ at the age of five, openly sharing it, wanting everyone to know Jesus as she did. On July 20, 2013, Olivia was baptized by her father Jon. They also served together on a mission trip to Honduras. She used her artistic abilities to help raise funds for the Fox Valley Jail Ministry by making bracelets.
Olivia was inseparable from her father, and she was her mother's “little buddy,” always by Erin's side. Olivia honored her parents by loving and obeying them, being respectful, and lending a helping hand. Olivia sincerely loved her brother and sister; who brought her so much joy and happiness, as Olivia did to them. She always offered to help with caring for her younger cousins, and was an amazing example for them all. Olivia also enjoyed Drama Club, swimming, and playing with their dog “Sammy”. She cherished writing notes and stories, inspiring to be an author when she was older. Olivia's heart was full of love for God and people.
Olivia, we look forward to the day when we see your beautiful smiling face again! Until then, we know that the Lord has received you into His everlasting arms!
Olivia will be always loved and deeply missed by her mom: Erin Stoffel of Neenah; her brother Ezra and her sister Selah; her paternal grandma: Rose Mary (Kelly) Stoffel of Appleton; her paternal grandparents: Ed and Jenny (Feldkamp) Campbell of Neenah; her aunts and uncles: Jason Stoffel of Menasha, Brian (Julia) Stoffel of Darboy, Isaiah (Danielle) Stoffel of Appleton, Jacque (Jeremy) Wisneski of Darboy, Jim Campbell of Neenah, and Shawn Campbell of Virginia Beach, Virginia; and her loving cousins: Hope, Isaac, Josiah, Caleb, Joshua, and Evan. She also has two great-grandmothers: Mary Helen Campbell of Waukau and Dolores Feldkamp of Kaukauna.
Funeral services for Olivia will be held at 6:30 PM on Thursday, May 14, 2015 at CALVARY BIBLE CHURCH, 1450 Oakridge Road in Neenah, with Pastors Danny Leavins and Landon Churchill officiating. The family will receive relatives and friends at the church on Wednesday from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM, and again Thursday at the church from 3:30 PM until 6:00 PM. I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. Finally, there is laid up for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will give to me on that Day, and not to me only but also to all who have loved His appearing. II Timothy 4:7-8
It's the wish of Erin, Ezra, and Selah that when you attend the visitation or service, you wear something orange or purple to remember Jon and Olivia. Even if you can't make it – remember them some day soon by what you wear.
